Dispatchee iOS Privacy Policy

Overview

This page summarizes iOS-specific privacy practices for the Dispatchee iOS application (the "App"). It should be read together with our primary Privacy Policy available at /privacy. If there is any conflict, the primary Privacy Policy controls.

Data We Access on iOS

  • Location: to support dispatching, routing, and ETA features.
  • Notifications: to deliver alerts and updates related to jobs and communication.
  • Camera/Microphone: for uploading images, scanning, voice calls, or voice notes.
  • Photos/Library: when you select images to upload to the App.

You can control these permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. Denying a permission may limit certain features.

How We Use Data

  • Provide core App functions, including dispatch, messaging, and routing.
  • Maintain security, fraud prevention, and service integrity.
  • Support organizational reporting and audit trails, as configured by your employer.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

We share data with your organization (the CRM customer) and service providers who process data on our behalf, including communications and infrastructure providers. Key processors include Google (e.g., Maps), Twilio, and Mailgun. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the App and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and as directed by the contracting organization. Retention periods may vary by data type and organizational settings.

Your Choices

  • Manage iOS permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion through your organization or by contacting us.
  • Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for their use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
