Dispatchee iOS Support
Get help with installing, signing in, notifications, and permissions for the Dispatchee iOS app.
Quick fixes
- Ensure you are on the latest app version from the App Store.
- Force close the app and reopen it.
- Restart your iPhone if issues persist.
- Reset password: on the login screen tap Forgot password? and follow the instructions.
Notifications not working?
- Open Settings → Notifications → Dispatchee → Allow Notifications.
- Ensure Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are enabled.
- Turn on Sounds and Badges.
- Disable Focus/Do Not Disturb if active.
Location access for dispatching
- Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
- Find Dispatchee → set to "Always" and enable "Precise Location".
Login issues
- Verify your email and password are correct.
- Make sure you have the correct company ID entered.
- Make sure your account is active, contact your administrator if needed.
