Dispatchee iOS Support

Get help with installing, signing in, notifications, and permissions for the Dispatchee iOS app.

Quick fixes

  • Ensure you are on the latest app version from the App Store.
  • Force close the app and reopen it.
  • Restart your iPhone if issues persist.
  • Reset password: on the login screen tap Forgot password? and follow the instructions.

Notifications not working?

  1. Open Settings → Notifications → Dispatchee → Allow Notifications.
  2. Ensure Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are enabled.
  3. Turn on Sounds and Badges.
  4. Disable Focus/Do Not Disturb if active.

Location access for dispatching

  1. Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
  2. Find Dispatchee → set to "Always" and enable "Precise Location".

Login issues

  • Verify your email and password are correct.
  • Make sure you have the correct company ID entered.
  • Make sure your account is active, contact your administrator if needed.
